Terms of purchase
1. General All prices are stated including 25 % VAT. We reserve ourselves for final sales, incorrect prices and any error writing. When you place an order, an automatic order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you specified. This confirmation is not regarded as a legally binding agreement.
2. Shipment For storage goods, delivery takes place within 2-5 working days. If the item is on our external warehouse, delivery will take place within 3-7 working days. During high season it may take longer. Order goods have a delivery time of 1-4 weeks. Each product page shows the estimated delivery time. We always contact customers who ordered order goods with an exact delivery message. In case of deviations from normal delivery times or the information available on our website, you are informed in connection with the order confirmation. You then have the right to renounce or change your order.
3. Ordering through the Internet Place the desired goods in the shopping cart and go to the checkout. Follow the steps on the website to complete your order. If you have any questions, you are welcome to contact us.
4. Price changes Prices apply subject to circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure).
5. Shipping Free shipping applies to orders over SEK 1000. For orders below SEK 1000, a shipping fee of SEK 79 will be added.
6. Payment options We offer the following payment options:

Klarna checkout: A safe and flexible payment method where you choose the payment method that suits you best.
- Bank/Credit Card (Visa & Mastercard): Enter your card number and validity. All information is sent encrypted via SSL. We accept Visa and Mastercard without extra fees. The card payment is handled by Stripe.
- Swish: Direct payment via Swish at checkout, only available in SEK.
7. Not triggered package Uncounced packages are charged with a fee of SEK 295.
8. Changes & Returns-Money Back Guarantee You have the right to change or return an item within 14 days, provided the item is not used more than for size testing (when purchasing clothing). For return shipping slip, fill in the return form on our website. If the order value after the return is less than SEK 1000, a shipping fee of SEK 79 will be charged. At size, the return is free, but upon repurchase we charge a return fee of SEK 99 per shipment.
9. Complaints When detected by a defective product, contact our customer service via e-mail or chat. Send with your order number, pictures of the defective item and a description of the error. Complaints must be made within two months of detection of the error and we apply 2 years of complaints. We handle complaints cases in consultation with the product supplier, which can take some time.
10. Compensation delivery If an item is sold out or has expired from the range, we in most cases offer an equivalent product.
11. Transport damage If you discover an injury to the package upon pickup at DHL, report it immediately to the agent. In later detection of injury, bring the entire shipment including packaging back to DHL to fill in a claim.
12. International customers When ordering from abroad, card payment may be the only available payment method. Follow the instructions at check -out.
13. Bulky goods When purchasing tires, a fee of SEK 95 per order is added, regardless of the number of tires.
14. The Law of Distance Trade We comply with the Consumer Agency's guidelines under the Distance Act.
15. Law and dispute Disputes should primarily be resolved in agreement with our customer service. If this is not possible, you as a customer can contact the General Complaints Board (ARN) or use the EU Commission's dispute resolution platform. We always follow decisions from ARN or the corresponding dispute resolution body. Disputes are settled according to Swedish law.
16. Open purchase We offer 14 days open purchase on all goods, provided they are in original condition and are returned in original packaging.
Privacy Policy At Greg Moto AB, we care about your privacy. We never sell your personal information and only store the information required to handle your order, unless you have chosen to receive our newsletter yourself. Greg Moto AB, org.no: 559240-0518, is responsible for the collection of personal data. If you have questions about what information we store, or wish to be deleted from our system, contact our customer service via store@gregmoto.se.
We process personal data to:
- Fulfill our obligations to you as a customer (make purchases, manage guarantees and complaints).
- Manage customer conditions and provide services.
- Prevent fraud.
- Follow the applicable laws as accounting laws.
Information stored includes name, address, telephone number, e-mail, payment details and order history. Your information is stored as long as there is a need or as long as we are guilty by law.
